Through the platform, we have been able to connect with customers, allow them to provide us with product and company feedback, facilitate discussion groups, and create fun challenges, which are all gamified. It allows us to build our advocacy initiatives right into the platform, including the option to participate in case studies, speaker opportunities, testimonials, CABs, and more. The UI is fantastic and the support team is great.
