One part which I felt that I should mention is that this platform allows creating mini apps for users with less technical experience, this allows to reduce complexity and improve performance while using this platform. This platform can also integrate with major other platform like SAP, IBM etc. I also have to admit that this platform have a user friendly interface and the onboarding process was easy too.

The biggest benefit I see is increased reliability of regular system operations. It eliminated doubts about when tasks would be executed and ensured the jobs are run in the right order. There are many features to control scheduling and handle exceptions. There's also been good support when we had questions.
