Reporting The reporting has been solid. Getting visibility into travel spend, policy compliance and booking trends is straightforward and the data is presented in a way that actually makes sense. Pulling reports for leadership takes minutes, not hours. UI / UX The interface makes sense for the most part. Once you get past the initial setup, the core travel booking flow is fairly straightforward and the dashboard gives you a decent overview of what's going on without too much digging. AI / Intelligence The policy compliance checks are actually pretty smart. It flags out-of-policy bookings before they go through, which has saved us from a few awkward conversations. Not perfect but better than doing it manually. Integrations Connects with our HR and finance tools without too much trouble. The data sync works reliably and we haven't had major issues with it breaking on us. Performance & Speed Search results for flights and hotels load reasonably fast. Booking confirmations come through quickly and the mobile app works well enough for employees on the go. Support & Onboarding The initial onboarding was structured and the team was available when we had questions. They assigned us an account manager which helped during the early weeks. Pricing / ROI The savings tracker is a nice touch — it shows how much is being saved against market rates which makes it easier to justify the tool internally.
