With Itential, we can now build better-organized, more scalable workflows that leverage the most suitable approach for each task. Additionally, Itential provides the ability to trigger automation workflows through multiple interaction methods—including forms, API calls, scheduled tasks, and webhooks—without requiring us to build and manage the underlying code and infrastructure for each method. This capability significantly reduces the operational overhead for our staff, allowing them to focus on higher-value work rather than maintaining the infrastructure needed to support different workflow triggers.
