Application Management perspective ISOtrain has been implemented 6 years ago within Synthon and transformed our organisation from a mostly paper based system into a reliable electronic Learning Management System. With the help of Softek we were able to establish a solid interface with our Document Management System (DMS). This interfaces fully automates all new, updated or retired documents from our DMS in ISOtrain. End User Perspective From End Users perspective ISOtrain is very user friendly. Training Coordinator (TC) perspective ISOtrain offers strong functionality to group Courses logically together in so called Modules. Modules can also be grouped together in a so called Curriculum. A Curriculum can be compared with a Job Training Program. Once the Modules and Curricula are available in ISOtrain, these easily can be assigned to (new) Employees which we see as very powerfull.
