I like that I can communicate with an entire team or with each team member individually. I don't have to share my cell phone number or share the whole team's phone numbers. I can stay connected and in control of the group chat environment. There are also no "reply alls," which is excellent. I also love the pay-as-you go pricing structure. The pricing is incredibly fair and reasonable. No monthly contracts.
