I have been a fan of Irfanview for quite a while. I was introduced to it by a friend and never looked back. A great tool, especially for pictures. Compared to competitors, the program has more options than any other. i like that when wanting to add effects to an image, one can select the effect desired or choose the product pallet and have all of them at your disposal. One can also see the result of the effect on a second display. The program can even open files that no other program can. The AUTO ADJUST COLOR is a fantastic feature. When I think I have a quality image, this feature improves it instantly. I run all my pictures thru this routine. The CAPTURE SCREENSHOT feature is excellent because the image it captures meets the quality standards I would expect.
