For my marketing strategy work, I really like iobeya. Some of our team members work from home, while others work from the office. Before iobeya, we had to keep all of our plans in separate emails, Excel sheets, and PowerPoint files. It was a big mess. We now have one "digital room" for marketing. Strategy Cascade: The best thing is to link our strategy to our work. I put all of our main Marketing OKRs on one board. Next, we link these OKRs to our campaign plans and kanban boards. Everyone knows why they are doing their job. Dashboards for Key Performance Indicators The Power BI integration is great. I connect our campaign data, and we see live KPIs (leads, CPL, traffic) inside our iobeya room. You don't need to check ten tools. Structure: It has more structure than other whiteboard tools. It feels professional and is great for running big projects and weekly review meetings.

In my position as a Sales Development Representative, my job is simply to book meetings. The sales manager recently introduced the team to a platform called iObeya, and I enjoy using the platform for our meetings each day in the morning. We created a room in iObeya specifically for people in the Sales Development team, and the manager has built out an area that includes a large scoreboard that lists all of our KPIs. It means that I can quickly see my name, the number of calls I have made, emails sent, meetings booked that week, etc. I like the presentation of the information in this format much more than our previous way of tracking it in a spreadsheet. It is a much clearer way to track how I feel about my performance and the work I am doing.

As a graphic designer, I use iObeya with my team during meetings. I appreciate that it serves as a large digital wall, much like our office whiteboard but accessible on the computer. Since our team works remotely, this feature is especially useful. We can organize all our project cards, sticky notes, and tasks together in one virtual room. iObeya works well for our weekly sprint planning sessions. The project manager adds all the tasks, and I can easily move my design task card from 'To Do' to 'In Progress' and then to 'Review.' This way, everyone can see what I am working on, and we avoid sending numerous emails. We also use the platform for brainstorming, and using digital sticky notes makes it simple to share ideas. Another advantage is that it connects with Jira, which our developers rely on, making it even more convenient for our workflow.
