I find Able2Extract Professional absolutely precious for me as it essentially automates tasks that I've struggled with using other conversion products. The product exports to Excel flawlessly, with numbers converting smoothly from clear images and the resulting Excel sheet being perfect. I have no issues with the conversion of nomenclature and numbers, which it handles accurately, discriminating between report headings, column headings, words, and numbers quite well. This software has saved me a lot of time, roughly three days of input, by recreating a general ledger from a PDF. I am particularly pleased that there is no monthly fee and the one-time license is a huge upside for me. I don't usually endorse products, but Able2Extract Professional exceeded my expectations. Also, the installation process was intuitive when I added the product code.

I love that I can customize my what information i need or want to convert based on the file I need. Most conversion programs just have 1 format and often there's more fluff to weed out than when you started.

Converts PDF financials/QuickBooks PDFs very well. I previously used Adobe to convert and Able2Extract is significantly more accurate. I convert all these files directly to excel.
