I find it useful to save how I have set a specific view and to be able to quickly access it with just one click. I use it both on the desktop computer at the office and on my laptop at home, I don’t have to download anything, and the data is always synchronized with the latest information. Multiple views can be displayed at the same time, having the project timeline on half the screen, while concurrently assessing the project team’s workloads to determine which staff has capacity to be assigned a task.
