InterviewVector had helped Mindtickle at a growth level. Mindtickle was looking to go aggressive at hiring and IV came in to help. We were able to manage the the hiring numbers with quality and time, all thanks to IV for it. We got a sudden boost in our hiring numbers. The personalised relationship with IV team helped us navigate throughout the journey. Being a startup, they went miles to help us in interviews, plan, co-orindate. The IV platform is also very easy to navigate and give a holistic view on where the dropouts are happening.
