IV - Your extended hiring engine

InterviewVector helped us in really ramping tech hiring at Airblack in the early days. Right from pipeline checks, to shortlisting profiles and conducting interviews - our hiring targets were met in fraciton of the time expected. Enabled us to use our resources and developer's time efficiently internally and achieve our goals. The team was very proactive in helping us at each step, providing flexibility wherever needed. In terms of pricign when we compared few other alternatives like Karat, we really liked the offering InterviewVector had for us keeping the high quality intact.
