The online interface for Intersoft's Intelligent Shipper software is intuitive and very easy to use. It allows multiple users to quickly bulk upload shipping files for label generation. We process several hundred Royal Mail and ParcelForce labels per day via CSV files, and so far we have had no issues or downtime. Parcel tracking is easy to use, and we utilise the tracking export feature to update website orders, eBay and Amazon at the end of each day. Access rights are assignable for each user, so only relevant parts of the system can be used accordingly. The onboarding process was also a breeze, with full integration support for our specific requirements. Intelligent Shipper has streamlined our entire process, and we would highly recommend the software and company.
