Disconnection of equipment became more complicated
Jasen went above and beyond. He was initially just coming to our office to disconnect our firewall equipment and ended up having to deal with Sprectrum customer service and had to wait around for them to show up to resolve the escalated issue. He stayed until everything was working properly.
