We’ve noticeably reduced staff hours spent maintaining quality records by using Instinct, strengthened our relationships with rDVMs through the ShareVille portal, and improved charge capture for items that used to be easily forgotten. We also sincerely appreciate Instinct’s constant drive for improvement. Feedback we’ve shared on new products or ideas has genuinely been heard and then implemented. Their integrated software, such as ScribbleVet and Plumbs/Standards, along with the ability to link all diagnostics, has been incredibly useful for our team.
