I really enjoyed having access to a well-trained, knowledgeable, and helpful representative. She has gone above and beyond to help me learn to navigate Inova Payroll. I rely on the product's consistency, which gives me confidence that the payroll is processed correctly. I use the payroll PST report with each payroll, which assists me in creating the JE for entry into my accounting software to report payroll liability and expense items. I also value the fact that Inova sends SIMPLE IRA EE contributions directly to our third-party administrator, relieving me from handling funds transfers each payroll.
