I like to say that I’m not in the business of IT, but rather in the business of people that do IT. They take the time to learn our business, our employees and provide a dedicated account executive that is a non-billable resource to us so we can freely talk about process improvements, solutions, participate in demos, etc. Their team is part of our success. Additionally, their stable of application consultants are ERP and subject matter experts that come from the industry they focus on. For example, if we have a production challenge in the business, they have manufacturing experts to help us troubleshoot and brainstorm and there is a development team behind them that execute on the design plan and programming.
