Workhand is construction software built for working contractors who run their business from the truck, not the office. Pool builders, general contractors, remodelers, subcontractors, HVAC techs, and landscapers running crews of 1 to 15 use it to replace the typical contractor toolkit of group texts, screenshots, and disconnected spreadsheets.
Everything happens per-job: chat with the crew, send estimates with e-signature, generate invoices including recurring billing for service routes, document progress with daily logs and photos, track materials and bids, manage customer selections (paint, fixtures, finishes, tile, plaster, coping) with photo references, track time and mileage for payroll, and see your true profit margin per job — all from the same phone that's already in your pocket.
For pool builders specifically, Workhand includes chemical logs (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium) tied to each service visit. For everyone, the app supports document sending in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
The Team plan adds QuickBooks Online sync (pushes customers, invoices, and payments to QBO), a customer-facing job portal that homeowners can check without calling the office ten times a day, a sales pipeline with lead capture from your public profile, sales commission tracking, and Yearly Ledger for tax-time reporting.
Pricing is flat-rate, not per seat. Free plan runs one active job indefinitely. Pro is $35/month for up to 5 team members. Team is $89/month for up to 15. Both paid tiers include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
Workhand is operated by Innovative Ops LLC, founded in 2025 by a former project manager who spent four years coordinating pool construction in Florida.
