What I like best about Innovative Employee Solutions (IES) is how easy it is to manage temporary employees through the worksite portal. Everything is in one place, so it keeps things organized and saves time. I also appreciate the communication between the account manager, payroll specialist, and HR team. It makes a big difference knowing you can reach out and get a clear answer pretty quickly. Another plus is that IES handles the full process for temp employees, from onboarding like background checks and references to offboarding. It takes a lot of the admin work off our side. We really just need to add them into the system and communicate any changes, and IES takes care of the rest. We also haven’t had to deal with any integrations on our end, which has made things simpler. So far, we’ve been happy with the pricing and the overall performance of the portal. Overall, it just makes managing temporary staff a lot more straightforward and less time-consuming.
