Efficient, Time-Saving Virtual Assistant for Landlords

I like how Innago works very well for automating rent collection, allowing me to save a lot of time since it acts like a virtual assistant. I don't have to pursue each tenant because it sends automatic text messages, keeps track of rent collections, and tracks who has paid and who hasn't. It's really handy since I don't have to keep paperwork on hand, saving me storage space. Innago also makes leasing a property easy by allowing people to apply directly through the platform, automating background checks and providing all necessary information for approvals. This takes a lot of manual work off my hands.

Organized and Convenient, Needs Faster Payments

I use Innago to collect payments from tenants, and it buys me more time and keeps things organized. I like how organized and convenient it is for me and my tenants. I also appreciate the email notifications before and after payments, as they remind the tenants when the payments are due and inform me when payments are made. The initial setup of Innago was easy, and overall, I'd give it an 8 out of 10.

I've loved using Innago over the years. It offers functionality that Landlords use and also has rolled out new features that integrate with other software. The pricing of course is unparalleled. Support is top notch, I've always received timely and helpful responses. The platform is very straightforward for tenants to use. The app has improved over the years and there have been meaningful updates to performance.
