I like how fast and convenient it has made my daily tasks. I can get small tasks done super fast, and I really like how the automation has made my job easier. Therefor I can focus on harder tickets to solve.

I use Inforcer across our Managed Services client base for centralized M365 policy management and user and group management. Inforcer allows us to easily manage policy at scale with just a few clicks, saving us from manually rebuilding policies across all tenants. The team behind the product is incredibly strong; they understand MSP problems and requirements in depth, and their feature releases frequently align with our needs. Recent additions like align by policy and the upcoming app catalog are really helpful, with the app catalog addressing 3rd party app patching across our estate. The initial setup was nice and easy, with fantastic support in establishing our policy baseline. More recent features like the tooling for GDAP setup make customer onboardings smooth.

I really enjoy Inforcer's portal layout because it's clear and makes it easy to understand what's going on. The multi-tenant capabilities are essential for us, allowing us to quickly align clients to the baseline without having to click through individual admin portals. This avoids human error and saves time. We also like the shadow AI reports, which are becoming highly valuable for our clients. Additionally, the align tool is where we do most of our work, making it very convenient.
