It is a software the is constantly upgrading- and it is run by people who listen to what your business needs. It was simple to integrate and immediately upgraed our ablility to perform both in shipping deliverables and invetnory deliverables. The customer support is very responsive.

It looks really clean and a lot of the features are pretty straight forward to use. The scripts and open api have also been very helpful.

As a 3PL, I find the scalability of Infoplus to be excellent. We can use it for our smallest client and our largest. The integration to Shopify and other channels is superb, but we have the option to upload orders or manually enter as needed. The platform itself is extremely stable. We experience no downtime due to lagging. The ASN and receiving functions are easy to use and accurate. Reporting functions are robust, they are easy to manage and save. Overall, once you get to know it, the system is very easy to use and produces accurate results for our wide range of clients.
