Intuitive UX and Fast Setup Make Research Easy
It's fairly intuitive across it's UX design and have frequently used the AI analysis tool to capture summary insights or key quotes to support my research argument. I also appreciate the filters to help quickly navigate responses from participants and it's super quick to set-up a research study with minimal friction. The service is also fantastic and always feel like there is someone I can reach out to for any request no matter how big or small.

- The AI analysis helps to scan through hours of transcripts & pull out common themes
- It can be used for both Indeemo-origin & imported projects, so you can upload your own Zoom recordings of interviews and conduct analysis with Indeemo
- The reels feature allows you to collect and compile small snippets of interviews, which is useful to embed in presentations, to convey the message in the interviewee's words
