A tool that changes the rules of communication with users
Since integrating stories into our mobile application, we have observed that users spend more time in it and engage with the content. Adding interactivity in the form of various widgets and surveys allows us to better study and understand our audience: to discover what they need, what interests them, and what has been missing for them.

Great tool for onboarding process
A great tool for onboarding processes for new users. It has made it much more convenient for us to guide users on how to use our tool by integrating instructions into an easily understandable and accessible format through stories. One of the advantages is also the prevention of questions, as not all users used to read the instructions before. Now, stories appear immediately for new clients, and they have no opportunity to skip the orientation.
