We use it to find suppliers, research competitors, and better understand how products move through the industry. One of the most valuable features is being able to see who our competitors are working with and who our suppliers are shipping to. It gives real insight into the market. I also really appreciate that the founders are responsive and engaged with users, which is rare for a tool like this.
