Intuitive IHire Experience with Helpful Applicant Scoring
I enjoy the user experience as someone that posts on IHire. It is very intuitive and easy to use. I like that there is a score that is given to each applicant as well as a summary of their resume. This is helpful in narrowing down a good applicant.

I like iHire's rejection letter the best because it's kind and hopeful while delivering unwelcome news. I use the auto-reject feature the most, as it doesn't keep candidates guessing about their progress. Additionally, I found the initial setup of iHire to be very easy.
