The minimalistic UI is great. It helps me be productive with my various tasks for the day. Often I have projects in my to-do lists - but I done this helps e break it down into smaller portions and take them down one by one. The daily reports are very neat, just enough metrics to be productive.

1. Workflow as light as possible - reply to daily emails with the tasks you do every day, one per line. (This is very important, because my experience so far is that the lighter the workflow, the more likely it is to become a habit. This application is useless unless used every day. With a full-featured task tracking application, it seems more difficult for people to make it a habit.) 2. Integrated with Zapier. So, for example, my Trello board automatically turns off 'done' when a card is archived with the comment 'Done'. 3. The web interface is very helpful when you need it. 4. You can also add "dones" one by one via email, if you want.

Super simple interface, very intuitive and easy to use.
