Idea collection & evaluation and seamless navigation through the different stages

We used Ideawake to run a company-wide innovation challenge, strengthen our innovation culture and generate new hardware, software and service ideas. From minimal IT implementation through a custom program design, the Ideawake team were practical, responsive, and a pleasure to work with - Coby and Hanna are rockstars and provided top-notch customer support. The platform had every capability we needed and flexed to our workflow, scoring criteria, and custom dashboards. After a short overview, our admins were fully comfortable fine-tuning the back end. On the front end, usability was stellar—we didn’t receive a single question about logging in, posting, commenting, or voting. We set clear KPIs and the Ideawake dashboards were able to mirror them, making it easy to track progress and focus follow-ups. We also suggested a couple enhancements; Ideawake incorporated them into their release cycle, and we’ve seen steady improvements over the past few months. Bottom line: we exceeded our goals, drove broad engagement, and surfaced high-quality ideas now feeding our product roadmaps. I can’t imagine achieving the same impact running this manually without Ideawake.

From the initial "interview" with the Ideawake team to see if they could meet our needs, I knew we'd found a partner in success rather than just another SaaS offering to spend money on. There was willingness to walk through what we hoped to get out of the tool and create a implementation which satisfied our goals. Throughout the integration process and launch, the tool itself has been solid — but it’s the team behind the scenes that has truly been amazing.
