We own a succssful pizzeria called The "Original" JJ Twigs in a suburb of Chicago. We changed over from another very well known POS system on April 2023. As this is about being honest, our "Go Live" fell between the cracks as they were shifting how they bring on board/prep a new client. Things happen but it was how they reacted that has been the selling point. They circled the wagons and gave us full attention. The impact was I had to rely on Customer Support a bit heavier than I intended and I can say it has been nothing but exceptional- even after almost a year. Dylan Herzog is my go to support specialist and is nothing short of exceptional. The POS system itself is very easy to use and I have found that in many areas the way the software works is so much easier and less cumbersome than the prevuious systems we owened. The logic that runs the system processes are simplistic and very well thought-out but are also VERY effective. If you are searching for a product- you really have to give this a thorough look over and cosnideration.
