HubEngage has made employee recognition something we actually do consistently, instead of it being sporadic or an afterthought. With 421 employees spread across our distribution operations and over 13,000 retailers we serve, it's easy for good work to go unnoticed if there's no system for it. Now recognition happens regularly, and it's made a real difference in motivation. People put in more energy when they know their work is actually seen and acknowledged. The email and SMS features have also been useful for reaching employees who aren't sitting at a desk all day, a lot of our team is out in the field or working across our distribution companies, so being able to reach them directly on their phones matters.

Instead of chasing updates across email threads and scattered group chats, everyone can talk and get company news in the same app. The chat feature has been especially useful for quick back and forth between teams that don't always sit in the same office or time zone.
