HTMLvault is a secure HTML link-sharing platform for teams that need to distribute HTML content (interactive demos, reports, prototypes, client deliverables) without emailing raw files or standing up hosting infrastructure. Users upload HTML, which is scanned for personally identifiable information and sensitive data, sanitized, and published at a short, shareable URL.
Each link includes view tracking and analytics: geographic location, device and browser breakdown, referrer and UTM data, scroll depth, and time on page. Links can be password-protected, set to expire automatically, and edited after publishing. Paid plans add custom/white-label domains, tracking-code injection (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.), webhooks for link and usage events, and a REST API and MCP server for programmatic link creation from tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
Enterprise plans add organization-level administration: role-based permissions, SSO/SAML, audit logs, org-wide data retention and usage-alert policies, and BYOK AI-based PII scanning using a customer-supplied Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google API key in addition to the built-in scanner.
