Good Value Domain Registrar with Fair and Clearly Priced Renewal and Transfer Options

It's good to know that I can renew domains when needed at a fair price rather than having to shop around again. Renewal prices are actually the same as registration prices for some domain extensions and only 10% or more expensive for others.
