Essential for Project Management and Client Communication
I use Houzz Pro for project management and client communications. It allows me to track expenses on a project level basis and at the purchase order level per subcontractor, which is helpful for estimating and accuracy. The selection boards make it easy to communicate visually with clients and allow them to link directly to the project products, which is very helpful for them to visualize items in their space. The 3D floor plans help me brainstorm ideas and share them with clients, although I'd like to become more proficient at using it.
