Ease of use, number of features, ease of integration. Excellent

First, the integration was easier than expected and well supported by the Hostfully team. We had three Onboarding sessions included in our integration and it was very well structured - we had "homework" after each session and we could only schedule our next session once we had completed our homework. We could reach out if we were having difficulty with our homework, but that really didn't happen. My wife LOVES the messaging functionality. She really LOVES it. She uses all the triggers and LOVES how she doesn't have to review all of our listings everyday to make sure they've gotten all the messages they need before, during and after their stay. The only thing we're not using are the automatic review generations, but I'm sure we will in the near future. We also integrated with Pricelabs and that was seamless and simple. The other thing that it allowed was the integration of Booking.com. Before we signed up with Hostfully, we had an aborted attempt to set up our listings with Booking.com - very clunky and hard to correct "mistakes". With Hostfully, we just turned them on, updated a few mandatory fields and, voila!, we were getting bookings within a week of setting them up. I tell all my hosting friends about Hostfully...
