Enabling cut-off times while still allowing manual override on the back end has allowed us maximum flexibility in dealing with those last-minute orders that we can fulfill while also giving us a clear picture of what we need to order.

It is really easy and intuitive for our customers to use. We can update and change items, photos, etc. VERY easily.
