The pandemic has hit us hard on the heart of our company - the people. With so many changes happening in the last two years, in and out work from home, and new internal rules, our HR department struggled to keep things in order. There was a sense of confusion, of discontent, and it was hard for everyone to get their hands around it. So, our HR department came up with a strategy to help everyone through these changes. It involved asking people for their opinions on the changes we wanted to implement, so everyone would have the chance to feel involved in the decision-making process. Through this, the implementation process was easier and faster. We used Honestly employee engagement tool to design our surveys, deliver them digitally and analyze the results. What we loved about it was the fact that you could reach out to people working from home and the ones in the office through an e-mail link for the survey, and also the people working in our production facilities by using the app. We also liked the freedom to create dedicated surveys for each department. All in all, thumbs up Honestly for designing a great platform so fitted to our new reality.

I love how it allows employees to submit written feedback via emails and in app messages or through physical feedback terminals installed in offices in which identity is kept anonymous allowing for genuine feedbacks.i also love how it supports multiple questioning,creating and sharering of surveys in multiple languages due to presence of many nationalities and proffessionals in the training department.the solutions so achieved helps the management to run internal surveys and polls to understand work related issues and employees concerns
