Where do I start - Astronomical pricing for crappy leads. They advertise listings i sold over 6 months ago. You send something to support and they can't read or comprehend (I asked for a contact to connect with Zapier for integration with my CRM) and they responded with a total misinterpretation that i forgot my password but then I said wtf this is what I said, and they NEVER got back to me! Then, I Know my contract ends in 3 months and they give me a an end date that looks like 6 months. You can't do anything with the leads in Homesnap - like make a note or sort or anything so you're forced to export but then you can only export the name and you have no idea without going back into the app to figure out what the person was wanting (location, price point etc.) Just totally crappy experience. Would WARN people not to pay anything because it's just another scam to get money from real estate agents.

Any benefit is overshadowed but the lack of support.

The user interface looked fairly decent.
