The ability to hold a large amount of inventory and make it easy to filter and locate what I am looking for. I use it daily and makes my day-to-day life easier.

It is a toss-up between customizability and customer support. We have saved countless hours of manual editing by programming custom data conversion to conform data. We also build and apply custom vehicle descriptions using the data conversions. Since we are able to edit this as the end-user, it has also saved a ton of phone calls to support. With that said, whenever we do have a technical question or need to set up a new service with another vendor, Homenet's support is always amazing and goes above and beyond to help me solve my problems. I know many of their support team by name and many of them have been there before I was even in the industry.
