Easy redemption flow but needs clearer instructions for gift card use and membership use
The redeem flow on the site is easy and straightforward. Hope there could be more product options available, since many items are often out of stock.

Great options and ease of use
I like the various health-related options, especially the subscription-based ones like ClassPass. It takes away the process of needing to decide which perk to use when it auto-subscribes me to ClassPass which is nice, but I also like the flexibility to choose one of the other options.
