Hive will help simplify attribution by users having the ability to define selectable response stages across online and offline channels, and chain journeys together as customers move through their lifecycle.

The ability to create bespoke personalised email journeys based on any data attribute and segmentation, and how we can efficiently track the campaign ROI whether the booking was via phone or online. Support is the best I have experienced.
