I love how easy it is to use and the features it provides comparatively to other tools. The social media management aspect makes it easy to have separate workspaces, organize content based on platforms for clients, has an easy calendar view, and is super user-friendly when providing the link to clients to review/approve. All our clients enjoy this platform over the one we used previously. My FAVOURITE feature though is the community management aspect of it. It integrates with all the platforms to give you an organized inbox for all dms and comments. You can reply directly on Hey orca for every client without having to leave the platform, and their AI comment replies are actually good and save me time. Their reports are also a life saver, they can generate a custom report for all platforms within minutes which saves me the hassle of having to go to every platform and pull metrics manually. It definitely is worth the price for the features it provides.

The usability for sure. It's easy to use and explain to clients. I think that I was paying double originally with other products, so switching was already a win. HeyOrca is a tool that my business would not survive without, whether I use it or through a competitor. I think that with everything I get out of the tool, the transparency of the content for my clients, and the 5-star customer service team they have I am getting so much out of the tool - I don't even think about the cost at the end of the day. They also have free webinars, a VIP program, and so many other ways they give back to their clients that at the end of the day I feel like I am getting more out of the tool than they are.
