I like Hex for its flexibility in using SQL, Python, and CSV in one place, and how it provides real-time visual changes. The intelligent AI agent is particularly helpful in assisting with coding. The setup experience was very smooth, and I find Hex more efficient and flexible compared to other tools like Tableau, which I still use but not as much.

I like the AI-enabled access to data that Hex provides. I appreciate the threads feature, as it enables the team to find their own data within the context and guardrails we set.

I really appreciate the speed and velocity at which Hex is moving. Their product team is actively working on implementing many of our requests, like offering GitHub access as context and pushing guides from GitHub into Hex. They also are working on things like persistent memory. This responsiveness and ability to move faster than we expected make it exciting to see what continues to happen with their threads agent, especially as it aims to become a full circle AI for development, analytics, and insights within the BI landscape.
