Hello Team has allowed our managers to track their one on one meetings and efficiently conduct performance reviews. It allows the HR team to conduct surveys for immediate feedback and for our teams to engage with each other using High Fives, events, news, the birthday and anniversary announcements.

The Performance suite is user friendly and support is great!

I like how goal setting ties in directly with performance reviews. This saves us time and energy when we conduct our annual performance reviews with employees. The user experience for goal setting and completing reviews is solid.
