I like this best for contract review and redlining. I appreciate that I can upload both the base contract and the piggyback, and Harvey then suggests redlines. I also like being able to ask questions, since it checks specific jurisdictions and provides guidance on what to consider. I do wish I could get licenses for my entire team; however, my understanding from the business is that the licenses are expensive, so access has been limited. I also like that it integrates with Google Drive, which has been very helpful. From a performance perspective, it can be a little slow at times. Still, from the perspective of onboarding and use, the tool is intuitive and easy to use, and I’ve found it significantly cuts down the time it takes to review a contract.

I like the intuitive interface of Harvey AI and the responses are very accurate and oriented towards the knowledge base. I also appreciate that its buttons are very descriptive and precise, and that the responses are directed to the given prompt, using its own knowledge base without getting lost on the web.

Contract review is where it's earned its keep — I run agreements through it and get flagged clauses and risk points back fast, with little editing needed afterward. It plugs right into Word and Outlook, so it fits into tools I'm already using daily instead of forcing a separate workflow. The interface is clean too, and setup was smooth from day one. The time saved on first-pass review alone has made it worth the cost.
