Powerful but poor user experience

|Harness Platform
The best feature of harness is the ease at which it was integrated into the existing tools we use in our CI/CD pipeline which are a combination of standard/custom services. I use it a few times a week whenever I need to check and start deployments and it always works well. The API seems to be quite useful as now my colleagues have been able to enbed deployment job links and statuses into our own tooling, so I can see the related depolyment and jump right to it to monitor the status/approve.

User-Friendly Interface for Easy Management of Splits and Segments

The user interface is easy to understand and explain to others. Once the splits and segments are built, adding and removing individuals and groups is super simple.
