Having our stores and production operations connected within the same system is particularly useful for a multi-location business like ours. Price grid management has also improved significantly. It used to be an area where we had some difficulties, especially with different pricing structures across locations, but it now works very well and is much easier to manage.

Simple for employees, powerful for remote management and B2B

For me, one of the biggest benefits is how simple it is for employees to use. I used to get calls from the stores whenever employees had questions or ran into problems with the software, and because of my location I couldn’t do much to help. That basically doesn’t happen anymore, which is extremely valuable when you’re managing multiple locations remotely. The production tracking and B2B invoicing are also especially useful for our business. We can see what’s being processed for each professional customer and issue detailed invoices, which is important when working with hotels, conciergeries, and short-term rental operators. Reporting is another strong point. It’s very useful and gives me clear visibility into the stores, even when I’m not there.
