The ability to set up notifications to supervisors when someone calls in is a game changer!! Also the way you can customize the attendance tracking based off your company's attendance policy. I also got demos from multiple other companies and the price point was very affordable for this service. AI has been great with this product as long as you educate your employees to make sure to be descriptive enough.
