I love the deep and easy-to-use integrations Grw has with all of the tools we use. Its fast development of new features is great, and the team is always responsive. The flexibility of the workflow enables us to be more productive, and I appreciate spending less time on manual admin work. Grw has become incredibly helpful for our Sales team. What sets it apart is how easy it is to setup workflows in the tool we are already living in - Slack. No need to learn a complicated new UI. It makes it easy to automate the busywork around meetings (call prep, post-call meeting email drafts and CRM updates). We've also heavily leaned on it for deeper analysis too, like pulling weekly or monthly insights out of deals in our CRM and transcripts from meetings across different regions. It handles that kind of synthesis well and saves a huge amount of manual review time. We also love that we can add our own company and product's context into the source documentation, so all responses we get from Grw are grounded in exactly how our company operates.
