The fact that on a raily day, I don't have to be concerned about getting wet, catching a chill,or naybe getting the sniffleas. I can stay warm adn dry indoors and get my meal to come to me!

The mobile app is easy to navigate for staff. Service increases traffic to our website and has increased our revenue.

Less Than Perfect
Early in the pandemic, I liked the software - it was easy to use, customer service was decent, lots of options. Things changed in mid 2021, they lost a ot of restaurants. The software worsened - they pushed choices on me that delayed me finding my chosen restaurants. The credit card option kept getting glitchy and switching my choices. Customer service tanked.
