Groov is a software company built for land developers. Co-founders Ryan Glick and Bryan Gill started it in 2020 after watching developers run entire communities out of spreadsheets and disconnected tools, with the map in one place and inventory in another. Both have spent more than 20 years building software and grew up around the land business. Groov's mission is to take the friction out of land development, giving developers one source of truth from the first phase to the final sold lot.
